Docket Entries Since Last Update
NOTE: This court's RSS feed does not list MOTION entries, so Bloomberg Law cannot detect them and thus they will not be listed here. However, motions will be included if you update the docket.
Editor's Note: This communication is an alternative form for an indefinite remote-work environment. An update about future return-to-work can also include communications about other topics of heightened interest to employees in traditionally office-based roles as needed. Review the Sample Communication to Temporarily Remote Employees.
Last week, we sent guidance to our remote employees to continue working from home, even though some states have started lifting their “stay-at-home” orders. Now that our local region is starting to discuss a phased return to normalcy, we want to provide another update. Our [Company] guidance remains the same. We still believe it's important for you to continue working from home for your own health and safety.
We also ask that you continue to refrain from attending events and in-person business meetings. Please rely on the technologies we have in place for virtual meetings. If you live in a state that has reopened, and you feel that it's critical to have an in-person meeting, you must first obtain approval from your business unit leader.
Thank you for doing your part to stop the spread of Covid-19 and for all you're doing to keep our business moving forward. Stay safe and healthy!
